Brimming with good energy, company employees shared practical know-how in effective communication and financial management\u2014with enthusiasm and creativity to spare. As a result, despite the \u201cunlucky\u201d date, that Friday the 13th was pure pleasure. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"671\">Communication that Connects<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"922\">The first part of the workshop focused on exercises in non-verbal communication, effective dialogue, and teamwork. Through group games and simulations, participants explored the value of trust and taking responsibility for other members of the team.<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"954\">Making Life Add Up\u2014Literally<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1350\">The second workshop was a journey through the world of money\u2014spending it, saving it, and investing it. The young people learned the basics of managing a household budget and confronted financial pitfalls that can catch out even adults. Thanks to a well-designed simulation game, they saw that every decision has consequences\u2014and that financial awareness is a cornerstone of future independence.<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1374\">Magic? Only on Stage<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1770\">A special surprise awaited at the end of the day: a performance by an illusionist. The jaw-dropping tricks served as a fitting metaphor for the entire experience: magic can delight, but in life we mustn\u2019t be misled by illusions. Competencies such as communication and collaboration\u2014together with sound knowledge and practical skills\u2014are the real force that enables wise decisions in adult life.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"2065\">Our warm thanks to <strong data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1812\">Colgate-Palmolive<\/strong> for your hospitality and the heart you put into every detail of the visit. <strong data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1903\">EduJourneys<\/strong> only make sense when knowledge meets experience and theory meets practice.
